At 1453 Prints store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process.

Returns
You can return any item within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Proof of purchase is required. Please contact us at jewelryforgift69@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.

Non-returnable Items
Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
